These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) of the website www.desthreza.com regulate relations between Users/Registered Users/Customers of this website and its owner, Miguel Jorge da silva de Oliveira, representative of the Desthreza Style brand, headquartered at Praceta Raúl Proença, nº 6 2ºDireito, 2840-134 Paio Pires, Portugal and with NIF 204641721.

Desthreza Style provides website Users with an online shopping platform for fashion and lifestyle accessories.
Access and use, in any way, of the website www.desthreza.com , as well as the purchase of available products, implies full acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the adopted Privacy Policy, without any reservations.
Desthreza Style reserves the right to periodically review or change these T&C, so users are recommended to consult this page periodically.

This website and its content are the exclusive property of Desthreza Style.

1. Registration/Access

Users who wish to purchase products through the website www.desthreza.com will have to meet the necessary conditions and register, expressly declaring that they are aware of and accept this T&C and the processing of personal data.
Any natural person, over 18 years of age or emancipated and in full use of their capabilities, as well as legal entities, can purchase products at www.desthreza.com , through a duly qualified legal representative.
Users are responsible for the veracity of the information transmitted to Desthreza Style.
All personal information provided voluntarily at the time of registration/purchase or collected through automated procedures is subject to security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use and disclosure, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by PayPal, MB WAY, MULTIBANCO, Bank Card or Bank Transfer (the latter form of payment is only valid for mainland Portugal and the Islands).
Credit card data provided by the User is recorded directly in the card administrators' database, which does not allow access to this information by third parties. Desthreza Style does not have access to credit card data and is not responsible for any difficulties in making payments.
If the User chooses to use the Paypal tool, it will be necessary to provide the login and password for their Paypal account when confirming the purchase. In this case, Desthreza Style does not have access to any information about the credit card details used and is not responsible for any difficulties in making the payment.

3. Shipping 

On the website www.desthreza.com shipping is carried out in 2 different ways:

FREE SHIPPING:

Shipping will be free for shipments to Portugal.

INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED CTT:

International shipments will be sent via registered CTT.

We currently ship to the following countries:

- Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Andorra, Luxembourg, Denmark, Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Finland, Sweden.

f you have any difficulties on the shipping or if the country you want to send an item to is not on the list, please contact us via email ( desthreza@gmail.com ) and we will try to help.

Orders are processed at Desthreza Style's local warehouse.

Our team processes orders as quickly as possible. All orders submitted before 6:00 pm will be processed on the business day following their submission and payment. Therefore, orders submitted on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Once the order has been confirmed and the User has paid for the products, Desthreza Style sends a message confirming receipt of the order and payment.

If, after paying for the products, Desthreza Style finds any situation of unavailability, the Customer will automatically be credited, through the payment method used by the same, the amount corresponding to the unavailable product(s). and a warning message will be sent.


4. Product Deliveries

Orders may take as long as necessary to be processed and sent from our warehouse to the address indicated by the customer.

Time may be limited for various reasons, delays in our warehouse, delays with transport companies, delays in customs clearance. Deliveries may also involve the payment of customs clearance fees, this cost will be borne by the user.

Except in extraordinary circunstances, the product(s) purchased will be delivered within the maximum period defined for each country or region from the date on which the order is dispatched.

Portugal (except Islands): 1 to 5 business days.

Azores and Madeira: 4 to 10 working days.

Other countries: 4 to 10 business days.

Any delays in the delivery of orders may be due to:

1. Product customization.

2. Specialized articles.

3. Force majeure reasons.

4. Transport strike.

5. Sales or special promotions.

6. Temporary stock out.


If, for any reason, it is not possible to meet the maximum delivery time indicated, Desthreza Style will inform the Customer of this fact and will give them the option of keeping the order by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the purchase, in this case case, reimbursed for the amount spent.

In any case, it must be taken into account that deliveries are made on working days, therefore deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Whenever the maximum delivery period ends on one of these days, it will be automatically extended until the first following business day.

For the purposes of these T&C, delivery of any products is declared to have taken place at the time of signing proof of receipt of the products at the agreed delivery address.

The order delivery period begins when the financial institution communicates the payment approval to Desthreza Style and after validating the Registered User/Customer's personal data.



5. Risk Transmission

The risks to which the products may be subject will be the responsibility of the Customer from the moment the products are delivered, that is, from the moment the Customer becomes the owner of those same products.

6. Returns

Desthreza Style only sells items in perfect condition and always confirms the condition of the items before they are sent to the customer.

We offer our customers quality products, always seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the various categories we sell. However, product returns are predictable situations.

If the Customer wishes to return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt, they may do so. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To proceed with the return, please contact us via email desthreza@gmail.com, indicating that you wish to return the item, always indicating the order number and we will immediately send you all the data and steps necessary for the return.

After Desthreza Style receives and examines the item, the Customer will be informed whether or not they are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The return will be made as soon as possible within 30 working days from the date of return of the product. The refund of the amounts paid will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.

The amounts paid will not be refunded for products that are not in the same conditions as they were delivered to the Customer, that have been used beyond simply opening the respective packaging or that are returned after the period established in these T&C (14 working days ).

If the return does not comply with these T&C, the product will be returned to the Customer, accompanied by a copy of the evaluation carried out and, in this case, no refund will be due to the Customer.

If you wish to make an exchange, you will first have to return the product(s) and then place a new order.

7. Defective products

If, upon receiving the product, you consider that it does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, you must contact Desthreza Style, within a maximum period of 14 working days, via the email address desthreza@gmail.com , informing about the defect. You must indicate in the email the invoice number, the reference and/or name of the item and the defect .
You can return the product using the most appropriate postal delivery service (similar to the one used by Desthreza shop).
After careful evaluation of the returned product, you will be notified by email, as soon as possible, about the refund of the value of the item or its replacement. If the product is to be returned or replaced, this will be carried out within 14 working days from the date of sending the email confirming the return or replacement of the product.
If the return does not comply with these T&C, the product will be returned to the Customer, accompanied by a copy of the evaluation carried out and, in this case, no refund will be due to the Customer.
Amounts paid for products returned defective will be refunded in full, including all shipping costs. The return will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In order for us to refund shipping costs, we need you to send us a copy or scan of proof of shipment of the order (invoice that must be requested from the postal delivery service upon delivery of the order).
All rights recognized by current law will be safeguarded.

8. Data Protection

Desthreza Style respects all applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data. Users/Registered Users/Customers should regularly consult the Privacy Policy and ensure that they agree with it.
In case of abusive use of the website www.desthreza.com or suspicion of the practice of an act that is not permitted, under the terms of applicable law or these T&C, by any User/Registered User/Customer, Desthreza Style may communicate the User's data/ Registered User/Customer concerned to the competent authorities.

9. Responsibility

Desthreza Style is not responsible for access or navigation failures resulting from circumstances beyond its will and control, including, without limitation, Internet failures in general, power outages, electronic and/or physical malfunction of any telecommunications network, connection interruptions or suspensions and software and/or hardware failures of the User/Registered User/Customer, as well as scheduled outages for maintenance, updates and configuration adjustments of the website www.desthreza.com .
It is the responsibility of the User/Registered User/Customer:
(i) keep the environment of your computers and other devices accessing the website safe, using specific tools for this purpose, such as antivirus, firewall, among others, in order to contribute to the prevention of electronic risks;
(ii) use up-to-date and efficient operating systems and browsers to fully use the website;
(iii) equip and be responsible for the computers and hardware devices necessary to access the website, as well as for the access of these computers and devices to the Internet;
(iv) the use, safekeeping, maintenance and confidentiality of all passwords given to you to make purchases on the website.

12. Discount Codes

Discount codes must be used on the website, at the end of purchase, in the specific field for this. Only one code can be used per purchase, as they are not cumulative. The code must be valid and, if validated, the discount will appear immediately before proceeding to confirm the purchase.

These T&C shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation. In the event of a dispute, the Courts of the District of Lisbon will have jurisdiction.
